Did you know that getting enough sunshine actually helps fight depression? I, for one, wish there was sunshine all through the year because it helps to brighten up my mood. You might have noticed that, on an overcast and gloomy day, one feels gloomy as well. There is actually a scientific basis behind that. Of course, the fact that, if you get enough sunshine, you also get your daily requirement of Vitamin D, is also an advantage. This is the reason that I plan to move down south after my retirement. That will also be good news for my bones, because I have noticed that, in cold weather, my bones begin to ache.
