Did you know that being a certified nursing assistant (CNA) offers great benefits? That is why you will find more and more people going in for cna training these days. In addition to the slightly higher income potential as a certified nursing assistant, there is also the likelihood of receiving attractive benefits with many of the companies that hire CNAs. Some of the benefits are medical, dental, and/or retirement assistance. There are other benefits as well, that might not be as immediately obvious for CNAs. And the icing on the cake is the fact that many facilities offer tuition assistance or reimbursement for CNAs taking classes to become LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) or RNs (Registered Nurses). Isn’t that awesome?
