My neighbors already have alarm systems installed in their homes. They have also advised me to go in for it, but I have been in two minds because I wondered whether it was really required or not. However, just today, I came to know of a burglary in our locality. It turns out that the owners of the house which was broken into had gone for a one week’s vacation over the holidays. The burglars came to know about their plans and broke into their house, stealing all their valuables. Of course, this would not have happened if they had an alarm system installed. Hence, now I am totally in favor of buying an alarm system right away.
