I have been planning to renovate my home since ages. All of the various rooms in my house need to be spruced up as they all look dull and boring. I spent the whole of today frantically hunting around for gourmet recipes to try out this coming weekend. Actually, my parents are coming over to our place this weekend on their anniversary and we want to make the occasion a very special one for them. My husband suggested having a barbecue in our backyard, which is a good idea considering the fact that the weather is so pleasant at this time of the year. The slow, low temperature smoker bbq cooking will gradually develop our favorite wood chip flavors and tenderize meat to its juiciest best. I also plan to toss some veggies on the cooking grid too, for a quick, convenient side dish. The next morning, I plan to surprise my parents with freshly baked bread, homemade pizza, and home baked pies baked in my Big Green Egg Grill. I know that this BBQ experience is one that my parents will never forget!
