My company has presently embarked on a new employee rewards program wherein the top management will be awarding a unique corporate gift to the employee bringing in the highest sales every month. This is an attempt to motivate the employees in order to boost sales.

This is not the first time we have utilized corporate gift ideas to increase employee performance. We had done it around this time last year as well and had seem phenomenal sales as a result. Thus, we decided to implement the same scheme this year as well. We also plan to order client christmas gifts this year so that our client base remains happy and loyal to us.

Once I decided to go to college in New York City, my mom tried to plan everything that she could before I even stepped foot in there.
